Regularly report on the business operations (Business performance, Customer Segmentation, Customer Behavior, Market Trends) to the Executive Board.

Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from various sources (CRM, internal management systems & etc) to assess business performance, analyze trends, and forecast future demand.

Proactively communicate with the management levels of other units to understand business operations and processes and provide recommendations or improvement proposals.

Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to support the Executive Board (BOM), business units, and other internal departments. Provide actionable insights to improve business operations and support decision-making.

Work with the Digital Transformation team (IT, DE,...) to implement department and center initiatives to serve the company‘s business operations and customer management.

Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Bachelor‘s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Investment Analysis, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.

Experience >=2 years in Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Financial Analyst or relevant positions (preferably in Technology, Telecommunications, or Finance sectors).

Ability to interpret data, make decisions, and recommend improvements based on business data.

Proficiency in using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience in Python and SQL is preferred.

Having knowledge of statistics and machine learning is an advantage.
