Position Summary
 We are seeking an innovative AI Engineer with a strong focus on security use cases. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models to enhance security solutions, such as threat detection, incident response, and risk mitigation. Working closely with security teams, data engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging AI-driven insights to protect the organization from a variety of cyber threats.

Responsibilities

• AI Model Development: Design, implement, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models for threat detection, anomaly detection, and security event classification.
• Data Analysis & Feature Engineering: Collaborate with data engineers to identify, preprocess, and transform large-scale security datasets (e.g., logs, network data, threat intelligence feeds) into meaningful features for AI models.
• Solution Integration: Integrate AI-driven solutions into existing security platforms (SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS) and develop APIs or microservices for seamless deployment.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor AI models in production, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to improve accuracy, latency, and scalability.
• Research & Prototyping: Stay current with emerging AI and cybersecurity trends, evaluating new techniques (e.g., NLP, graph analysis) to detect and mitigate evolving threats.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work with security analysts, DevOps, and risk management teams to define project requirements and deliver robust AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain detailed technical documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).

Qualifications & Experiences

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Solid understanding of machine learning/deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language for AI model development.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data processing tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Security Domain Knowledge( nice to have):
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS) and common frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST).
  • Hands-on experience in applying AI/ML to real-world security use cases, such as malware detection, user behavior analytics, or threat intelligence.
• Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
• Data & Model Governance: Understanding of model versioning, data privacy, and compliance requirements relevant to security.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
