JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Software Project Manager at Ctel’s ITO Department, you will be responsible for driving project members and resources to deliver significant Tech plus Banking projects with the scope of work as follows:

• Oversee the entire project/product development process - from start to delivery.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and discussions.
• Assist in tracking in-country application-specific issues for assigned work streams.
• Assist in risk assessment & mitigation plans.
• Facilitate cross-workstream alignment.
• Facilitate the development of a master work plan for in-country applications (development, testing..)
• Be the local contact point with the Group Central PMO team to propose, manage, support, and follow up on projects, and change requests.
• Share experience and assist in impact assessment, validation approaches, options & solutions, and identification of dependencies.
• Escalate major issues to management for attention/ decision.

• Business proficiency level of English.
• Around 2 - 4 years of proven experience as a full-cycle Software Project Manager or above.
• Having an overall understanding of Software coding skills, Server, Database, and Network.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, result-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in a large financial institution is a big plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other comparable majors is a plus.
